How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website or mobile app. After selecting products, click "Checkout" and follow the steps to enter shipping and payment information.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery takes 2-5 business days domestically. For international orders, delivery takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination. We offer express delivery for an additional fee.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
You can return products within 14 days of receipt provided they are in original condition. Some products like cosmetics and food items cannot be returned for health reasons. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
